The tunneling capability is only part of the story. It is claimed that such
a tunnel exists between
Los Alamos and the Alien Base at Dulce NM. I don't know where they put the
tailings though,
unless they put them in the Rio Grande along with the spring runoff
mountain soil
that ends up with irrigation water as soil-builder.  :-)
