R D Cornwall posted; Weather modification and control might seem really outlandish. But, we could be nearing the point where where weather modification and control could be possible.
The author of this website, www.weatherwars.info says that it is. I question the scalar wave part of it. A plane seeding clouds is one thing,. but creating and steering a hurricane, I don't think so.
