Russ has been putting together an excellent research program to test a research hypothesis about LENR derived from QGR's theories. Methodologically, they have consulted with and borrowed the concept of loading Pd into zeolites from Iraj Parchamazad. Russ has also consulted with several of the LENR greats along the way.
