I have some limited contact with I.H. Not a lot -- I am not claiming to be an insider with all the answers. However, in this case I asked them to clarify, and I am sure they mean there is no significant excess heat. That is their analysis. I am pretty sure that includes the Lugano experiment. They contributed to it. It was within the last three years, which is the time period they referred to in their press release. I think we all agree there were signs of excess heat at Lugano, but most people will say it was not "substantiated." The results were not convincing. - Jed
