They pay lots of money to the most boring lawyers imaginable, who tell them to do extremely boring, un-risky things. They wait for long periods of time before deciding things. They have a lot of money to lose, so they take measured risks. They do not give the impression of being larger than life, or ones to miscalculate, or ones to initiate a lawsuit on the basis of poor legal advice, or ones to enter in evidence that will not hold up in court.
