This nutrient is the main ingredient in curry, which is the characteristic spice of the cuisine of India. If you have doubts about the logic of adding another questionable food item to your list – check the extraordinarily low infection rate in India compared to the rest of the world. Could be coincidence, but curcumin does have a host of other proven medical benefits so there is no downside. The taste of curry can be overpowering but the turmeric capsules have no odor.
