The ISP, Worldnic.com, appears to be offline. It can't be reached. That could be the problem.
Then again, net sleuths say that worldnic.com changed its name to netsol.com, and it may now be part of networksolutions.com, which is still active. https://www.networksolutions.com/ That is who hosts the domain. I guess you should contact them if you want to fix this problem. I think they will know who the ISP is. They may not tell you. If you say the owner is deceased, and you give proof, they might help.
