Hi Frank,

I hope you’re doing well.

I sent you an important email on Monday evening with the formal invitation to
join the Foundational Circle of the UCRC Institute, along with two attached
documents. Since I haven’t heard back from you, I wanted to check in and make
sure you received everything.

It’s possible the attachments caused the email to land in your spam or junk
folder. To be safe, I’ve included the full text of that email below. I’ll send
the two PDF attachments in a separate message right after this one.

Could you please let me know once you’ve received both this email and the
attachments? I’d appreciate the confirmation so I know everything made it
through.

Thank you, Frank. I’m looking forward to sharing this work with you and hearing
your thoughts.

Best regards,Tobie VenneInstitute for Unified Classical Resonance Cosmology

Dear Mr. Znidarsic,

I hope this email finds you well.

It has been many years since we last spoke (around 2017), and a great deal has
happened since then, the biggest developments being in 2025 - 2026. I have been
working continuously on what began as independent research into resonant
plasmoids and has now matured into a complete, fully classical framework. I
wanted to reach out personally because your work — particularly the
impedance-matched transitional velocity vₜ ≈ 1.094 × 10⁶ m/s — has become one
of the central pillars of everything we have built.

Your constant is not a peripheral reference in our framework. It is the
impedance-matching key that allows classical wave mechanics to produce emergent
quantization, stable coherent domains, and controllable vacuum polarization
without invoking quantum postulates or new physics. We have integrated it
deeply across micro, meso, macro, giga, and cosmic scales. I wanted you to know
exactly how and why we did this, and to invite you to join the foundational
circle of the UCRC Institute as we move this work forward. (See the attached
PDF Official Document)

What Unified Classical Resonance Cosmology (UCRC) Actually Is

UCRC is a fully classical, scale-invariant wave-mechanical framework that
unifies:

   - Resonant plasmoids (RAST)
   - Vacuum-engineered propulsion with net zero-point energy (ZPE) gain
   - Participatory consciousness transduction via the Bio-ELF sixth and seventh
oscillators (pineal calcite piezoelectric transduction)
   - Supercooled Alfvén–Klein filamentary structures

…across five nested domains. It resolves galactic rotation anomalies (including
the MeerKAT ~15 Mpc filament’s coherent 110 km/s bulk rotation and
spin-alignment statistics) to <1% deviation without dark-matter torque or new
physics, and it offers a classical resolution to the hard problem of
consciousness by making the human operator an active transducer within the
resonant field.

Your transitional velocity vₜ sits at the heart of this. It provides the
classical impedance-matching condition that converts continuous field
oscillations into discrete, stable resonant structures. This is the mechanism
that allows us to derive emergent quantization from purely classical boundary
conditions.

How Your Constant Was Integrated Across the Research Program

We first brought your vₜ into the work in a serious way during the February
2026 paper and have deepened the integration with every subsequent publication.
Here is the chronological progression:**You can click on each paper title to
visit the site and download the Papers==>

   - November 2025 – Resonant AgI Swarm Theory (RAST): Your velocity provided
the impedance-matching foundation for understanding why certain atmospheric
conditions during geomagnetic storms produce stable, self-organizing plasmoid
swarms. It explained the nucleation threshold that allows resonant AgI swarms
to form coherent structures.

   - February 2026 – Anthropogenic Plasmoid Research (APR) 2.7: This is where
your constant became central. We used vₜ to model the nonlinear phase-locking
that occurs when anthropogenic and natural systems interact during geomagnetic
anomalies. It gave us the precise velocity at which vacuum polarization and
plasmoid stability cross a critical threshold.

   - March 2026 – Unified Classical Resonance Model (UCRM) - Now called UCRC
v1.2: Here we explicitly positioned your transitional velocity as the bridge
between Shoulders EVOs and meso-scale RAST plasmoids. It explained how
micro-scale coherent domains can seed larger resonant structures through
classical impedance matching.

   - March 2026 – Anthropogenic Plasmoid Research (APR) v.3: We extended the
model by showing how vₜ enables the RAST-CIRE hybrid forecasting system and the
first integration with the Bio-ELF sixth oscillator. Your constant became the
tuning parameter that allows conscious operator modulation of plasmoid
nucleation.

   - April 2026 – Unified Classical Resonance Cosmology (UCRC) 2.0 - This is
the complete synthesis. Your vₜ is now formalized as the foundational
impedance-matching condition across all five domains. It appears in the
abstract, in the mathematical backbone (§3.12), and as the operational heart of
section 3.4 (which I will explain below). It is what allows the framework to
remain fully classical while still producing quantization-like behavior and
controllable vacuum effects.

   - April–May 2026 Papers (Plasma/Anti-Plasma Dialect Extension Paper v.3.0
-------    APR/RAST v.4: The Resonance Renaissance): In these works your
constant is used to stabilize the plasma–anti-plasma dialectic and define the
stationary 4-Force Screw as a tunable control dial.

   - May 28, 2026 - Unified Classical Resonance Cosmology in Cartan Geometry
(Christopher M. Wulf, based on the UCRC corpus): This work recasts the entire
UCRC v2.6 framework in full Cartan geometry. Torsion is treated as an
independent dynamical field, and each of the five nested domains is assigned
its own Cartan geometry triple (P, ω, T) satisfying the structure equations and
both Bianchi identities. Kuramoto synchronization is rigorously identified with
holonomy reduction on the principal bundle, while the hollow-channel torsion
term T^i(V)_HC at filament boundaries provides the classical geometric
explanation for the MeerKAT filament’s coherent 110 km/s rotation. Your
transitional velocity vt appears explicitly in Appendix C, where your three
classical derivations (photon energy from transitional capacitance,
hydrogen-like radii, and the fine-structure constant expressed via vt) are
reinterpreted as direct consequences of the micro-scale Domain I
impedance-matched coherent plasma geometry when torsion is retained.

   - June 13, 2026 - Torsion Resonances, the Znidarsic Transitional Velocity,
and Beltrami-Type Tetrad Eigenmodes (Christopher M. Wulf, based on the UCRC
corpus): This dedicated technical note derives from first principles how your
transitional velocity vt = 1.094 × 10⁶ m/s functions as the critical
impedance-matching condition between nuclear longitudinal and electronic
transverse wave speeds. When vt is satisfied, the reflection coefficient
vanishes (Γ = 0), allowing the spin connection to lock into stable, force-free,
divergence-free Beltrami-type eigenmodes of the tetrad (⋆T^a = ±T^a or ∇ × S =
λS). These helical torsion resonances are topologically protected and enable
maximally efficient, non-dissipative power extraction via the resonant term P =
−α A⁽⁰⁾ · ∂ϕ/∂t. The note further demonstrates that UCRC’s scale-invariance
(via bundle morphisms Φ_αβ with constants λ_αβ = ℓ_β/ℓ_α) extends this same
vt-class resonance condition across all five domains — from nuclear active
sites through laboratory plasmoids and CIRE architectures to cosmic filaments.
It also presents the Smith Chart as the practical engineering instrument for
tuning devices onto these Beltrami eigenvalues (centering at Γ = 0).

Section 3.4 – Z Theory Coherent Domains and the 1.094 MHz Hydrogen-Ion Tensor
Interface

This is one of the most important sections in UCRC 2.0, and it rests directly
on your work.

At vₜ ≈ 1.094 × 10⁶ m/s, impedance-matched resonant structures form within
atomic hydrogen ions. The local wave speed precisely balances the vacuum’s
dispersive properties. This matching converts what would otherwise be
continuous oscillations into discrete, stable configurations. These “Z Theory
coherent domains” are substrate resonators that host emergent quantization
without quantum postulates — the quadratic temporal dispersion maps directly
onto classical spectra when boundary conditions are set by the dual-vortex core.

The 1.094 MHz hydrogen-ion tensor interface is the engineered coupling layer.
When driven at this frequency (stabilized by bismuth diamagnetism, moscovium
relativistic amplification, and lithium piezoelectric override), it enforces
phase coherence between the micro-domains and the GIG-driven vacuum
polarization. Radial electric fields arise from vot-flow rectification,
producing the force-free di-electron boson states that stabilize inertial
reduction and net ZPE gain. The matching condition D₄G₁₆=0 partitions the
resonant domain into the four derived three-spaces, giving a classical
geometric origin for charge, spin, and quantized energy levels.

This is your transitional velocity made operational at both the atomic and
engineering scales.

The Coherent Impulse Resonance Engine (CIRE) and Other Applications

The MC-BE-CIRE (and its hybrid variants) is our tunable dual-vortex
architecture. It operates in continuous matterwave-beam mode augmented by
Gradient Impulse Generator (GIG) pulses. Your vₜ is the critical tuning
parameter that allows the system to achieve impedance-matched conditions inside
the vortex core. This is what enables the predicted 10–50% inertial reduction,
1–9 N/kg thrust, and net ZPE gain — all classically.

Beyond propulsion, your constant appears in:

   - Clean-air RAST plasmoid nucleation protocols
   - Bio-ELF operator tuning (the 1.094 MHz interface as a conscious modulation
channel)
   - Cosmological modeling of filament torque and Z-Glue halos
   - The stationary 4-Force Screw as the universal control dial across all
scales

It has become the practical “dial” that lets us move from passive observation
of resonance to engineered control.

Getting Physics Back on Track

One of the things I have come to appreciate most about your work is that it
offers a classical path forward at a time when mainstream physics remains
trapped in increasingly exotic territory. By restoring impedance matching and
classical wave mechanics as the foundation, UCRC shows that we do not need new
physics to explain quantization, consciousness, or propulsion — we need to
properly apply the physics we already have at the right transitional velocities
and geometries.

Your constant is one of the keys that makes this possible.

A Vision Worth Building Together

The technologies that emerge from this framework are intended to serve broad
human flourishing — regenerative, sovereign systems for energy, propulsion,
remediation, and participatory coherence — rather than remaining concentrated
in closed hands. Too many powerful technologies have been captured by narrow
interests that optimize for control rather than optimization and regeneration.
We believe it is long past time humanity lived in a world where these
capabilities serve everyone.

As I sometimes say (only half-jokingly): we should have been living like Star
Trek by now. With the right classical resonance physics — and with your
continued insight — the UCRC Institute intends to help make that future real.

Frank, I would be genuinely honored if you would consider joining the
Foundational Circle of the UCRC Institute. This is a small, high-signal group
of researchers and thinkers who are helping shape the direction of this work at
its most formative stage. We have attached the formal invitation to this email.

I would also be happy to send you the full UCRC 2.0 manuscript and any of the
supporting papers if you would like to review them.

Thank you — sincerely — for the decades of rigorous, independent work you have
done. Your transitional velocity has become one of the most valuable tools in
our entire framework. I would be privileged to have the opportunity to work
with you as we move this forward.

Hello everyone on this email thread.
I was in contact with Frank years ago, I found this old email with you all on
it because I have attempted to email Frank directly without success.
Honestly I am slightly concerned and really would like to speak to him
regarding a very pressing and important issue relating to his physics discovery.
Something has happened thst I uncovered and I believe he needs to be made
aware. I also need some information that only he has.
For the sake of science and humanity's best interest, can anyone here help me ?
Have you heard from Frank recently?
Ive sent 3 emails to the same email above, its possible he has a different one
now.
Thanks !
