more than the condensed phase (1,080 kJ/mole) Auto-Ionization-Hydration of ions,which
gives 498 kJ/mole + 230 kJ/mole = 728 kJ/mole "Free Energy" for engine work
from the Waterfuel/Joe Cell, no?
