Where a game plan exists, a counterplan exists, and the law of unintended consequences invades both plans. This results in defense secrets being posted on the web by the well intended.. however.. smart people in planning recognize the law and provide a skew to confuse. If it works for defense.. it would work for LENR. Ignoring LENR research by the " establishment" is beginning to wear thin... unless.. that is the game plan. Why do I get the feeling that there are a lot of people out there that are a whole lot smarter than me? Richard
