I called it the Kashiwahara reactor for some reason. It is Kashiwazaki (Oakpoint), not ~hara (field).

"Iwamura," in case you are wondering, means Rockville. Japanese placenames and personal names may sound exotic, but they are pedestrian-sounding in translation.

I know lots of Japanese placenames. I once spent 6 months transcribing them for the U.S. Army in case we ever want to bomb them again.
