When I read the article about the Boyce Electrolyzer which Panacea
University sent me, I concluded that I could take Puthoff's One Watt
Challenge. Then there was the matter of heating bills this winter, and
marketing a generator set based on it.
Yesterday my plans to replicate the Boyce Cell were blown,
(metaphorically) into a smoking hole. I wrote an executive summary and
sent it to Beryl Wolk www.berylsworld.com , he liked it, I was extatic.
Beryl has the deep pockets to both fund the cell, and squelch the
anticipated suppression. I sited Sterling Allen's www.pesn.com to
buttress my contention of the efficacy of this technology. Beryl wanted
to talk to both Sterling and me. Sterling arranged for the Australian
Mark Dansie to join the call. Mark has spent two years investigating
waterfuel. He spent several day with Bob Boyce. He reported that Bob's
cell produces hydrogen with an electrical efficiency of three times that
of a Faraday electrolyzer, (fardaiac efficiency). Mark thinks that with
a more efficient converter, as opposed to a piston engine, it may be
possible to make the machine self running. Unfortunately this technology
is still in the research stage. According to the file that Panacea
Universitys sent me, the Boyce Cell was operating at 1000 times faradiac
efficiency. Consequently, I had concluded that this technology was read
for market. So now you can understand my disappointment. OTOH, I saved a
lot of time, and money by not building the Boyce Cell.
Beryl expressed his delight at listening to what we had to say. He is 78
and a billionaire, he made his money in marketing. He could do something
like building build a big house, or the world's largest yacht, or he can
make the world a better place. He intends to do the latter. His
intention is to create a university around Sterling's PESN site. He
wants to have streaming videos of researchers telling their story to be
available on demand. He wants to have technology like the Boyce Cell
evaluated, and if it is deemed to be ready for market, he will assist in
developing the product and bringing it to market.
My next email will be to Beryl. I'm going to send him some Schauberger
links. I will also mention the Brown Nuclear Battery, which AFAIK, is
the only F E machine that is ready to go. I'm going to suggest that he
call it Beryl's Better World project. I'm going to suggest a million
dollar, or larger, prize for the first self running energy machine.
As for the university. I'm sure that Professor Rothwell will want to do
a lecture on LENR. That skepticism piece should be included in the
philosophy department. Then there is longitudinal electricity.
