I've been a veggie for decades and the smell of real meat is unpleasant to me now - even bacon which is the last thing to be given up usually. If they succeed with in vitro meat that is acceptable to real chicken eaters then I will try and learn to like it again just to give the initial market a bit more of a boost. BTW, our Siamese cat likes Quorn fake chicken slices and you don't get fussier than a Siamese...

P.S Quorn, for those who don't know, is a British fake meat made from egg white and fungal protein
