It is looks like Jean-Paul Biberian may publish these papers in his
Journal of Condensed Matter Nuclear Science (JCMNS), so the plan to
upload them to LENR-CANR is on hold. This would be a much better option
than uploading individual papers to LENR-CANR.org.
The title of the proceedings book is "Low-Energy Nuclear Reaction, The
Information Fundamental Source."
The AIP told Jan Marwan and Ed Storms that they will not reconsider.
