Jed, I did note the same omission by the author but recall reading the critique somewhere on this website http://www.skeptic-links.org/home/eric-krieg.html which I can't presently access due to corporate filters. The author is in favor of a relativistic interpretation as opposed to a sub ground state which is why he agrees with Eric's critique but which wasn't real clear without reading the rest of his article. He is not a skeptic he just agrees with Eric that Mills got the theory wrong. Fran
