If I were doing an Edisonian approach to a Rossi Replication, here's my mix:

1 kg of Raney Ni
2 g of Zr per Arata, et.al.
Dash of Cobalt 60

Stir well and pressurize with 300 kPa of H2 and have a standby of N2
for quenching.

Create a 50 deg C gradient over 0.3 m of the mixture and prepare to
remove the heat.

Adjust mixture, pressure and gradient until well done. No additional
H2 is required until next week.
