Assuming some E-Cats are reserved for changeout, that means ~7KW/E-Cat (1MW/140).
Does this mean that he is NOT satisfied with the kitty-cat (2.5KW), and it going back to a slightly larger reactor? Or has he been able to push the output up higher?
