I am no expert on this, but doesn't the first amendment protect Jones Beene from any possible legal harm? Of course it does. Rothwell, as a journalist - should be hang is head in complete shame - for this kind of ridiculous statement - he is not only wrong but Anti-American wrong and anti-journalism wrong (which is even more despicable, coming from him) . What a complete lack of integrity to back what could be high-level corruption, based on his belief in the work of a failed inventor and the shoddy validation by Professors who should know better..
