If the water level never reaches the hose, it must be converted to steam to leave the reactor. They need a watch glass or an external water level indicator to prove that liquid water never reaches the level of the hose. Then they have proved their point by simply measuring the amount of water that is pumped into the reactor. Right now there is no way to tell how far the water level goes up the chimney. How the hell do they know for sure that liquid water is not flowing out the hose? T
