This is a respectable, widely read website. This report is completely wrong, but it is easy to see how the author made these mistakes. Either Defkalion or Rossi could publish correct, complete, authoritative information to squelch this kind of thing. They have not done so. In my opinion, that makes it their fault that reports like this keep circulating in respectable forums.
