So, Rossi pulled a Steorn on NASA!

Technical problems and delays are normal when testing a cutting-edge
prototype machine. People at NASA know that rocket launches are often delay
or scrubbed. As far as I know, Steorn has never shown any group of experts
anything, whereas Rossi has managed to put on demonstrations and tests, so
it is not fair to compare the two.

However, the fact that the prototype failed shows that it would be risky to
run 52 of these machines simultaneously in a giant machine. I think that
plan is ill advised.
