Have you ever worked around large diesel generators? If you had you would know that you don't have to watch them to know when a large load has been engaged. It would be obvious to anyone within earshot that AR had flicked the switch. Rossi could have had an extra, secret, load engaged all the time. hen he flicked the switch to 'off', the secret load was isconnected, leaving the rest of the load, including the ecats.
