ins and outs would become clearer, and if he is trying to deceive, clarity

A good scam is not supposed to be obvious to everyone; it wouldn't work if
it were. Rossi has clearly succeeded in convincing you that it is not a
scam, precisely by making it long and convoluted. And to read the various
forums, it is also clear that a lot of people are ready now to give him
money. We have no way of knowing that he hasn't already accepted
confidential investment. If people are prepared to give him money, and it
doesn't look like a scam (to them), then why wouldn't he want to keep it
going as long as possible? BLP has been going for 20 years, and has
collected 60M dollars, all without delivering on any promises. Seems like
Rossi's role model.
