Since Rossi said he never gave Defkallion his secret sauce then we should treat DK like any other stand alone research team - Instead of chasing after Rossi based on a broken contract DK should be pursuing a researcher to take what they claim they already have to the next level. The patent mess for anyone that produces a successful product is going to be almost impossible to fix, I don't think anyone will ever be able to lay full claim due to portions that already exist in public domain. If DK already has a working product then let them show it and see if Rossi doesn't change his tune fast!
