Yup. This has been noted here, but it is worth pointing out again. Rossi has gone to extremes this time. Or if he is right, Defkalion has to be engaged in a gigantic fraud. I see no middle ground here. No possibility of a misunderstanding.
I hope we find out on Monday, when Defkalion says they will release additional information. The last time Rossi made this accusation he later backed off and said he did not really mean it. He said the dispute is about money and not "technical" after all. It will be harder for him to back off from this attack, and pretend he never said this stuff. It will be difficult for him to back down and accept a reconciliation with Defkalion. I do not think he wants one. They are still being polite to him, so I guess they still hope for one. I sure would not want to deal with Rossi. - Jed
