Interesting, but we are going to have to wait and see if there is anything to this latest statement. Of course, electromagnetic transformers do not work with DC which is what I was expecting if the energy is due to radiation of some kind. Perhaps he leaves out the part about an external chopper generating AC from internal DC. Then he could speak of a transformer which is within the converter.
