I do not believe that Rossi would hand over a reactor for testing to professors unless they have agreed when they will report their results. I do not believe he has had "no contact" with these professors. This is silly.
Rossi micromanages all access to his technology. He would not even let me use my own thermocouples to confirm his temperature readings. He is not going to give open ended, carte blanche access to a reactor without checking back to see what they are doing and when they will publish. - Jed
