I have appealed the censorship with the following comments; The question was do other dimensions exist. I supplied an example of a dimension with time running slightly slower then ours with a camera evidence of heterodyning in the photographing of a neon discharge. I then showed the electromagnetic current bearing lines of zero potential (mutual inductance) are arranged in four zero point coordinant axis,and not three, thus adding credance to a dimension beyond the one where we use three coordinate axis for description. I lastly showed a timing paradox that would be explained by extra dimensions. These were also citing former best answers. Do other dimensions exist? I have several submissions to show this effect. It was not until April1 of this year 2013 before I realized what was going on in many of my tapings where I show a neon discharge that would show the effect of one system running at a slightly different time (speed) then our dimension runs. The detective in this saga was the video camera. It takes a picture in sections of time according to OUR time dimension. Now it is already known that gravity will cause time to distort by the general theory of relativity. The special theory of relativity deals with relative velocity differences distorting the time measurements between them. Einstein himself wondered about taking the time frame measurement difference between a north pole as non-moving relative to moving parts of the planet. " General Relativity (GR) predicts that clocks in a stronger gravitational field will tick at a slower rate. Special Relativity (SR) predicts that moving clocks will appear to tick slower than non-moving ones. Remarkably, these two effects cancel each other for clocks located at sea level anywhere on Earth. So if a hypothetical clock at Earth’s north or south pole is used as a reference, a clock at Earth’s equator would tick slower because of its relative speed due to Earth’s spin, but faster because of its greater distance from Earth’s center of mass due to the flattening of the Earth. Because Earth’s spin rate determines its shape, these two effects are not independent, and it is therefore not entirely coincidental that the effects exactly cancel."(1) Now if this occurs with gravity, why not also very large magnetic fields created by air core coils where the magnetism is free to expand in space without being hindered by the sponge of ferromagnetic metal that will confine this magnetism into very narrow pathways? A neon is lit by a 60 hz version of an air core step up transformer. But the detective camera is observing the neon ceasing its discharge for certain time periods, so why is this? Well actually the neon discharge does go to zero at its zero crossing point on the AC cycle, but these things happen so fast that the eyes see a constant discharge. Now suppose that the neon process is running with some time distortion at a frequency slightly off our 60 hz frequency. It will slowly approach the time period where its constant measurement of time between pictures shows the time interval on the neon process where it is at its zero crossing point! A convenient analogy is the slowing wagon wheel and reversed spin that appears in many old hollywood westerns as a stagecoach comes to a stop. We may call this a heterodyned effect, and this is exactly what is going on with the HAARP research in Alaska, where two slightly different radio frequencies are combined to form a very slow frequency in comparison. Havent you heard the trumpet of Jericho last summer? They have made that interaction to be much higher so that it bleeds into the atmosphere as a harmonic sound vibration! But ideally they can make the vibration so slow that it approaches the earth resonant frequency near 10 hz. Tesla would be proud! Even cableTV shows such as 13 are popularizing this supposed "hidden" knowledge. The “reason” the camera displays periods of zero gas conduction and illumination is that it is only recording the heterodyned difference in frequency between its “standardized” 60 hz time frame and that of the load, where the extra cycle difference in time is shown by the single neon cycle itself. I challenge anyone to film a neon and display these effects! Now I use a ceramic magnet to "ballast" the neon discharge, yet as shown MORE voltage displays itself then the SUM of the two series components. At best we have 330 volts across the neon and 60 volts across the magnet and these are summing to ~ 420 volts. The actual demo shows 280+60 as the seriesed components, but having just a clip on a magnet is a clumsy demonstration. To conclude here I will cite other things I have published here and recieved best answer on Yahoo Q&A; the first is that magnetism itself is a four dimensional entity, and if you model it from three dimensions you will come to the wrong conclusion. The co-ordinant axis of force cancellation on magnetism of current bearing lines yielding zero on one coordinate axis is described with FOUR axis in space, not merely THREE as shown as the right angle structured xyz co-ordinant axis to describe a point in 3 dimensional space. Magnetism IS a four dimensional entity. If we take a 2-d square and send current through each diagonal, the wires being at 90 degrees will still have a magnetic force of torque between them. It is only when we move up one dimension and apply the analogy does the zero force condition exhibit itself.
