Yes - not a new idea. I remember some of my former colleagues working on this in the 1980s in Harwell (UK). It was supposed to be a "hush-hush" project - but then one day in '88 (I think) they turned up on TV talking all about it! (on BBC's "Tomorrow's World"). Hmm. So 25 years later it might actually work..... ;-)
