It seems likely that quantum entanglement with the past should be possible.  I 
base this upon the fact that it is reported that the effects of entangled 
particles are instantaneous regardless of distance between them.

So, if you consider time as local, then things that are spatially separated are 
experiencing a different time compared to you.  Someone observing our solar 
system from approximately 4 billion light years away would see it as it looked 
in our distant past.  If we shared an entangled communications device 
interesting information could be revealed to them about our future and vice 
versa.
