I can remember starting up a piece of equipment at a plant here in the S.E.
US and it was malfunctioning and spewing steam and hazardous air pollutants
in to the air (in very low dosage - methanol, etc.).  I was asked/told to
stay at the plant until the problem was fixed.  I suggest all Nuclear
Fission scientists be sent to Fukushima and made to stay until the site is
cleared.  I bet it would happen much faster.  For the past two years the
only solution they have come up with is to keep dumping water on the damn
thing.
