Having been around the investor types and such for a number of years, this
simply sounds like an obviously tech-non-savvy guy with a lot of money, who
is willing to 'pull-the-handle' on a number of possibilities, and when they
don't come thru on the ROI (Return on Investment), they take their $
elsewhere. purely a business decision.

Not a good sign . to give up Rossi for Homeopathy in Morocco. but is it a
bad sign?

This is beyond understanding, but here is one take on it.

Any investor in Germany who would think that there is a golden opportunity
for Homeopathy in Morocco is not the sharpest tool in the shed. An Amway
distributorship would make more sense J

At least he got his refund. I doubt this means anything negative.

Italian company to sell portable cold fusion plant deliverable next year

The portable plants are expected to be ready for delivery in approximately
four months, which should end the mystery. If Rossi has succeeded where so
many others have failed, he and his colleagues will be cheered and likely
awarded a Nobel Prize. If the debut is a flop, however, it will be more than
just an embarrassment to him and his company, it will be a very sad day for
science and perhaps another indication that cold fusion, simply cannot be
done.
