Currently, there is great alarm about loss of freedom because of the NSA.  
There is also the threat of quantum computing eventually being able to crack 
any encryption.

However, I wondered if there are extremely tiny ESP-style interactions as shown 
by PEAR  ( Princeton Engineering Anomaly Research) then it might never be 
possible to achieve the "qubit" stability needed as long as some dissidents 
somewhere are interfering.

I am reminded of a story by Russell Targ in which a certain Remote Viewer was 
freely reading off NSA file drawer headings and got a warning visit soon 
thereafter.
