At what cost, I wonder? Capital cost for solar PV alone is 130.40
$/Mwh. That light is free. Mills' isn't.

How is this Rube Goldberg seam-welder anything less than a spectacular
admission of failure of the two most recent promised devices ?

Or worse - a fraud on potential investors?

Mills neglects to mention last year's over-hyped versions of the CHIT- the
stacked pan-plate version and the MHD version. Of course, they did not work
well and must have been abandoned ... and then, to gloss over that little
problem, he fabricates a more grandiose version with the implication that is
so great the others had to wait.

Just like the half dozen prior over-hyped versions, the "solid fuel
reactor," the reverse gyrotron, the hydrino battery, the Capstone turbine,
etc, etc ... none of which worked well enough to follow up on. And what
about all those Utility companies out there waiting for their promised
gigawatts? Mills is playing his investors as fools.

Geeze, should they not call this beefed-up version the "Bull-CHIT" ...?
