The original Cobraf link: http://www.cobraf.com/forum/immagini/R_123569754_1.pdf
It shows an NRG Sec filing outlining the fact that one of its subsidiaries is
European Generating s.a.r.l. The rest of the Cobraf link describes the linkage
between Rossi's patent application, IPH and NRG.

The original SEC filing is this:
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1013871/000095013703001877/c75611exv21.txt

If you go up one layer in the URL, deleting the SEC file name ending in "txt"
you determine the actual date of the SEC filing is 3/31/2003.

If you look at the most recent 10-k, dated 2/28/2014, you don't find European
Generating s.a.r.l.

To me, it is the coincidence of wants driving the assumption that these players
have come together. The association/connection has been made. It is one heck of
a coincidence that NRG, Darden/IH, and Rossi get joined through an NRG
subsidiary from 2003.

Where is the information from 2003? Who is European Generating Sarl in terms
of why we should care with respect to Rossi or IH?

A question . . . why doesn't European Generating Sarl show in the NRG
Subsidiary listing as of 2/28/2014? Yet, it shows for 3/31/2003?

How did someone know to look back 11 years?

SEC 10-K, Exhibit 21, dated 2/28/2014

Hopefully, there is an easy answer.

"It looks like IPH International BV is owned by European Generation SARL, which
is a subsidiary of NRG Energy Inc."
