Flaky is "you promise to show up ... repeatedly ... and you don't." That's 
flaky ... in any profession, when you're dating a lady, you name it. I stand by 
my words.

There's a huge difference between 'unwilling to drive from Davis or
further (such as me, near Stanford U.) to Sacramento just to help a
stranger unwilling to help himself' and 'flaky'.  If that's your
education, find a better teacher.  ;->
