Hi,

i have two questions:

1.) How do i preserve my 'dnsmasq.leases' while reboot?

Problem: By default, my dnsmasq.leases lays on a RAM Disk.
After reboot, this file is unfortunatly empty. So my DHCP server has
forgotten any leases. Therefore, it is possible, that duplicate
addresses may occur. How do i preserve this file?

2.) What about adding the network dummy kernel module?

We use your pretty linux in a dynamic routing
environment(quagga->OSPF/BGP). Because of link failures, we need a
"robust" interface(in combination with alternative paths) to keep our
network/sessions run.
Sure, it's not a problem to build my own kernel based on your sources.
But doing this is a little bit more complicated :-/

Regards,

Sascha
