If you type the command 'df' it will show you the filesystem overview.  The
tmpfs are the overlaid ram based filesystem.  You can add directories to be
overlaid by editing a file (can't remember where but previous posts
reference it).  You can also indicate if you want these to be sync'd at
power down etc.
