Actually, it came with more than one. Miami (registered) IBrowse or Voyager
(registered, and you can't choose, to bad I got Miami) and to top it all of,
YAM (which is freeware anyway ;-). It also came with very good instuctions on
how to install all needed software for PC-usage though :-(. When? Bought this
one August last year or so, from a German company called KDH-Datentechnik
(mail ordering) as an "internet bundle". What Modem? Well, you can choose
between different speeds, so I went for the fastest I could get, which is an
Arowena 56k Fax/Voice/Data modem. I know that at the time Haage&Partner
Germany also offers such bundles (they come with a decent Browser: you get the
NetConnect bundle with it), but I haven't checked out other countries. Surely
some other countries must have Amiga-specific dealers who offer the same
service? I don't think you can get such a bundle from your local (pc-based)
computer store though ;-)

Dirk
