Erm, yes. Actually, this *is* supposed to work, it's just that the
implementation sucks as it uses the AmigaDOS "TCP:" device,
which isn't too forgiving about error conditions. For example,
specifying a wrong mail host will lead to a 5 minute delay before
the device actually returns an error.
