If I got you right, we do have that kind of feature with Voyager already.
The program doing this job is the 'Cachebrowser'. Just set your diskcache to
any amount, and V will put all the sites there, sorted by age or type. If
you need to watch some page again, just open Cachebrowser and search for it,
and then watch it.
