[voyager] Features in V3

Sorry if this has already been covered here or is in a faq; I'm new to
this mailing list, though been registered since May '97.

ISTR V3 will be a non-free update, is this correct? If so what will
the update cost?

Also, as stated in V's faq, the printing ability is quite poor and I
understand the reasons for this but will V3 printing be any better?
Will I be able to run a 24bit screen and print web sites in a
none screen resolution?
