[voyager] MNG 4 Voyager?

Hi All,
       As the MNG (Multiple-image Network Graphics) spec is very nearly
frozen. Maybe some bright person could code a MNG decoder plugin for
Voyager?

It'd make Voyager the first MNG capable browser and would help promote a
very young & promising standard.
