Aha - so I'm NOT the only person having a totally HELLISH time with Freeserve - and 
yet when I mentioned it before, no-one said "yeah, I'm having problems too". Their 
equipment is clearly defective and no-one is doing anything about it.

Nothing to do with them being too busy - I cannot believe 4am, for example,  is a peak 
period really. As I said before, all is bliss now with Free4All.
