Voyager-30-Prerelease1/Libs/vapor_toolkit.library
If you did not run the installer you need to move it to libs:.. if you did
AND you had a vapor app open at the time of the install, then the
installer could not flush it with avail. If all else fails just reboot to
flush it so the new one can be used.
