I had a few problems here aswell. Sometimes it loaded, sometimes it
wouldn't. The following fixed it:
I deleted the ENVARC:MUI/VOYAGER.prefs and rebooted.
That fixed it, but then I had the same problem again a bit later, and
deleting it didn't solve the trick. After some investigation, I discovered
my data file in Contact Manager had been corrupted. After restoring an older
back up, the problem was gone and all was ok.
I also re-saved the global prefs from MUI, as that often helps and is a good
thing to do when you install new mcc's anyway.
