What Chris meant is, Voyager looks if there is Pup library. It doesn't call 
any of its function. But it makes a OpenLibrary("ppc.library,...) , and according
to the result can figure if you can run powerup program (ie. have a ppc). It's
of no use currently (according to Chris). It'll probably be useful when ppc 
decoders or ppc plugins are available.. But afaik, there's no other way to make
sure you have a library then try to open it and check the return code.
