Hm, I'm using NewMouse with a Logitech cordless wheelmouse and it works
flawlessly; in fact, I've been adding the support code for NewMouse'
Wheel and Wheelbutton events in V3 -- it wasn't there before. Are you
running some 3rd party hack which turns Wheel events into "Hold MMB and
Move Mouse" events?

I'm working on at that right now; it comes with the full toolbar
configurability.
