It seems to be a problem with V3. StrICQ and the old contact manager
also crash if started while V3 is in memory. IFX3.3 also crashes
often once it gets to the 'initialising memory' bit on startup and it
only does this when V3 is loaded. My guess is slightly dodgy memory
management on V3's part but I'm not a programmer so it may be
something else entirely that is causing V3 to crash these programs.
