Sounds similar to the problem I have - if I'm using socks, and browsing the
net, then if I turn off socks and try accessing stuff directly (say via my
own modem connection) then Voyager doesn't realise, and carries on trying
to talk to 0.0.0.1 etc. As far as I'm aware, Voyager's the only application
that has this problem. All others I use _seem_ to cope with the enabling
and disabling of socks on the fly without any problem.
